d\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia i oferir <strong>la m\u00e0xima qualitat i puresa en la transmissi\u00f3 de disciplines mil\u00b7len\u00e0ries com s\u00f3n el <a href=\"https:\/\/aryatara.es\/ca\/mindful-ioga-arya-tara\/\">ioga conscient<\/a> i la <a href=\"https:\/\/aryatara.es\/ca\/meditacio-vipassana\/\">meditaci\u00f3<\/a>.<\/strong> Ha estat interessant observar com el ioga, des que va arribar a Occident, s\u2019ha anat transformant a poc a poc segons els interessos d\u2019una societat materialista i utilitarista com la nostra. S\u2019ha anat desvirtuant i convertint en un producte de consum, allunyat del seu sentit m\u00e9s profund. Aquests practicants ens inspiren i s\u00f3n el referent que indica el cam\u00ed cap a l\u2019immens potencial hum\u00e0. I heus-nos aqu\u00ed, ciutadans del segle XXI, hereus d\u2019un llegat que cont\u00e9 <strong>tota la saviesa, posada al nostre abast<\/strong>.
